What We Do

Streets Ahead Collective uses the creative arts to bring people together and spark positive change. We run free, inclusive workshops for people who face barriers, including the  homeless, refugees, and older adults.  We also liaise with school communities. Through creative activities, participants build confidence, develop new skills, and form meaningful connections.

Our workshops are designed to help people rediscover both their personal and socio-economic potential in a supportive and welcoming environment. By combining creativity with opportunity, we help build stronger, more connected communities.

Our focus is also on creating shop-ready products that participants can feel proud of. These help raise funds for the organisations that support them, while the professional, work-focused setting offers real-life experience that can lead to volunteering, further education, or employment opportunities.
